Launching and monitoring campaign results in Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries;

Testing new GEOs and offers;

Scaling successful approaches;

Developing and implementing effective business processes within the team;

Task management, ensuring reporting accuracy, and maintaining transparency in work;

Team management and motivation;

Collaboration with other departments and drafting of technical specifications.

Relevant experience in a similar position in iGaming, specifically in the Gambling/Betting vertical, for at least 3 years;

Experience with Facebook advertising, both with rented resources and in-house development;

Ability to work with offers in Tier 1 and Tier 2: testing, scaling, attracting new offers;

Leadership and organization of teams of at least 5 people;

Experience with large budgets;

Experience with direct advertisers and understanding of key metrics.

Possession of your own team of media buyers;

Possession of working connections in Tier 1 countries;

Experience in building a team from scratch.

Office in Limassol or remote format;

7-hour workday (+1 hour lunch) with a flexible start time (from 9 to 12);
