AI Integration Manager
We are looking for an experienced AI Integration Manager to help us effectively implement and optimize AI solutions that enhance business processes and drive innovation.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify areas where artificial intelligence can enhance efficiency and productivity, assess current processes, and propose improvements through AI.

Create, implement, and optimize AI-based solutions to address specific business challenges, configuring and fine-tuning AI algorithms and models.

Manage AI integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Work closely with other departments and teams to understand their needs and goals, and train staff and users on new AI tools and technologies.

Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, analyze data, and prepare reports on AI performance outcomes.

Provide support and updates for deployed AI systems, implementing improvements based on feedback and emerging technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
-
Proven experience in similar tasks and extensive knowledge of AI technologies.

Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, solve complex problems, and think logically.

Experience managing projects and teams, coordinating work across various departments, and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical staff, along with proficiency in delivering presentations and training.

Precision in working with data and algorithms, with the ability to handle detailed and repetitive tasks efficiently.

Quick to learn new technologies and methods, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.

Will be a plus:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, along with experience in AI and machine learning technologies.

Strong skills in programming languages like Python, R, and experience with machine learning tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
